My Question is “How this was kept secret?” I mean with such a dominant figure in Futbol how was this kept on the DL for so long?

Well, we’re American and we are smarter now because we tweet; but our involvement in the sport “Futbol” has yet to mature. So after knowing what I know now — that “Blaise N’Kufo is our newest Sounders figure in Seattle to support and chant fiercely for” — I see the signs were there all along. After researching a bit on Google News I found that as far back as February 14, 2010 there were signs on www.nusport.nl where they state: “AMSTERDAM – Blaise N’Kufo looks to continue his football career at Seattle Sounders. The 34-year-old striker from FC Twente is close to a transition to the U.S. Major League Soccer club.”

Then on February 16: www.voetbalprimeur.nl reports: “N’Kufo has yet to decide on future: Blaise N’Kufo denies next season with certainty in the United States plays. The leadership in the interest of Seattle Sounders, but has made no decision about his future.”

Now how did I miss those? Well I’m American and if its not printed on an American paper that I don’t buy or that is Twitter fed I probably don’t know it exists.

Granted these are not two articles to place any fact or merit into as to the signing of Blaise N’Kufo. However it does raise the investigation level of Futbol trades, loans and transfers.

So here are 4 investigative guidelines. They are the only ones I could think of and I probably won’t even follow them:

1. Find expiring futbol contracts.
2. Has the player been a star for more than 5 years?
3. Is the player over 30 years of age?
4. Is Seattle Sounders FC in any way related to this player?
