I don't normally reply to comments made one my site, but Don, I really appreciate your time to write such memories.

I am merely creating memories here. My sons and daughters are making them.

I remember Walt Daggatt fondly. In late 1973 I went to a luncheon where they introduced Hank Liotart the first Seattle Sounder player signed. At the luncheon Jon McKenny asked if anyone wanted to start a Booster Club. Ted Babinski and I volunteered and the club was formed. John was president in 1974, Ted in 1975 and myself in 1976. Walt came to all of our post game parties where all the players mingled with the fans and owners. Walt was very supportive to the club helping us to get the players together with the fans as much as possible. I remember Walt's flashy sports coats and friendly smile. He never acted like the wealthy executive that he was. He always was down to earth with everyone. He was a very classy man and will be missed.

I suppose I should have said if everyone was healthy. I know Fucito is still out, and Alonso's status for Saturday (last I heard) is still uncertain. Sorry for the confusion.

You might want to check a few of the links on the right side of your page, specifically the ones about Fucito being placed on IR. He's not eligible to come back until June 27th.

I hesitate to put up http://www.MLSRefs.com but we must not let the opportunity to rate our ref for this match.

I can't sleep - I keep seeing the handball over and over.
